One of your best IMOIn this one you rightly call out "our" or the fossil fuels politicians and suggests getting Actuaries and Co to sort it out the needed plan.The politicans who are trusted ny 9% wont ne having that though. They have votes to win and that takes political donations first amd foremost so its "our"political system that caput unless as you show wen do the China thing without free speech, mass incarnation, 24 hr mobile phone self surveillance and undisclosed judicial execution figures.Deliberatative Democracy has been used for Climate Assemblies amd had sensible first policies that politicians have bury. Vote for Citizens Assemblies? Why ever not? Apathy? Oh perhaps thats it. Best keep working out how to sort that then All the best
