Job DescriptionMKTG Sports + Entertainment is looking for an Associate, Social and Influencer Marketing to join our Content team. We're looking for someone to support social and influencer-led activations, creative brainstorming and strategy, while assisting in excellent client service. You will be focused on a client sponsorship in the sports space!

Responsibilities

• You will report to the Manager of Social and Influencer Marketing, assisting in our end-to-end process, with a focus on social strategy, editorial planning, content development and influencer partnerships
• Develop social content, including brainstorming, copywriting, scheduling, posting, and community management
• Manage the influencer process from research and contracting through campaign wrap-up
• Analyze content performance and develop applicable insights for client social reports
• Lead administrative tasks for accounts and contribute to daily client management including agenda, recaps, and note taking
• Share social media trends and keep a pulse on the cultural conversations around sports events for our teams and clients
• This role may require travel to different locations that correspond to certain sports' schedule, including weekends and regular in person interaction/relationship-building with client leads

QualificationsAbout You

• 1+ year of experience in social media, content, or influencer partnerships
• Consider yourself an avid user of social platforms
• Culturally fluent – you love learning about communities, trends, and the latest up-and-coming creators; especially when it comes to sports fandom
• Knowledge in content creation, filming, and editing– Capcut, Canva, etc.
• Commitment to help grow our business – this means sometimes working non-standard hours, wearing multiple hats and responding to real-time events
• Advocate diversity and inclusion - you prioritize diverse perspectives and voices

Additional InformationThe anticipated base salary range for this position is $47,920 - $69,300. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
